​DEPOSIT POLICY/AGREEMENT:
To book an appointment, a deposit will be taken to secure your appointment time/date. This deposit will be credited toward the final price UNLESS:

- You fail to show up, are 15 minutes or more late (with no call) 
OR if you are more than 30 minutes late to any appt. you lose your deposit and time will be charged starting at original appt. time. 
-You do not call 48 hrs PRIOR to reschedule your appt. Appointment must be rescheduled at that time.


*Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
                 NO EXCEPTIONS.


*You are allowed 1 reschedule per deposit. After you use that 1 reschedule, a new deposit must be taken to hold a new appt. Please keep in mind the hours spent researching and sketching for your custom design. The deposit is kept for the artists time researching and sketching ideas for your tattoo.


*Deposits may NOT be transferred to another person, nor may they be transferred between artists.  Deposits are kept on file for up to a year.


**Sketches will be presented only in person on scheduled date. We do NOT email/text designs.

PARKING: 

Our parking space is limited. If you are coming in as a group or bringing a friend; please think about carpooling to the appointment. 

SHOP POLICIES:


* You must have a VALID STATE ISSUED I.D. or passport to get tattooed
(needs to be presented in person, photos on your phone of ID will not be accepted!)


​* While we do offer tattoo services for minors; this is done so at our artists discretion. 
   -Minor must have a VALID STATE ISSUED I.D. or passport to get tattooed. Parent must also bring their photo ID or passport. Last names and addresses must match. If names or addresses differ; we also require a birth certificate for the minor child. This must be a state certified & issued birth certificate & cannot be a copy.


*Food is NOT allowed in procedure areas.


* We do not allow children in the procedure areas, as they can be a distraction and/or possibly bump the client getting a tattoo. If you are in the studio for a short session, well behaved children who can easily distract themselves are allowed to sit in the lobby. Please have childcare for your appointments if needed, especially during long sessions.


​*We do not offer piercing services or sell jewelry.

We accept Cash or Credit/Debit Cards.

**Credit/Debit cards are subject to a 3% processing fee in store; & a 4% processing fee for payments taken over the phone.

TATTOO PRICING:

* We do not give pricing/quotes over the phone.

* Consultations are always free. 

* Rates vary depending on size and detail of your design. It is best to set up a consultation via email to get an accurate estimate for a tattoo.

* Once you and your artist decide on an idea/design., an appointment deposit ($100) will be required. Deposits are deducted from the final price or session and are always NON- REFUNDABLE.

* Our shop minimum is $100 per person.


Hourly rates are $100-$150/HR 

 depending on artist.
